華星東方承建的浙江省金華市第二生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程通過72+24小時試運行

華星東方公司承建的浙江省金華市第二生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2021年10月1日通過72+24小時試運行。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for the 2nd waste incineration power plant in Jinhua, Zhejiang passed the 72 + 24 hour trial operation on October 1, 2021.

該項目總處理規模為3000噸/日，其中一期處理規模為2250噸/日，采用三套750噸/日的焚燒線，二期再增加一套750噸/ 日的焚燒線；配置2×35MW汽輪機發電機組。煙氣處理采用SNCR+濃縮液回噴系統+旋轉噴霧半干法+干法(NaHCO3干粉)+ 活性炭吸附+布袋除塵器工藝，為我司EP工程。

The capacity of the plant is 3000 tons / day (t/d), of which the capacity of phase I is 2250 t/d. Three sets of 750 t/d incineration lines are adopted. The other 750 t/d incineration line is added in phase II, applying 2 × 35 MW steam turbine. The FGC applies SNCR+Concentrated liquid recirculating spray system+rotary spray semi-dry (SDA) + dry process (NaHCO3 solid lime powder) + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter process. It's an EP project of Huaxing East.
